SHIPPING POLICY COVID-19 REGULATIONS

Due to regulations and social distancing, our deliveries are personalized.  After payment has been received, we will deliver your goods at your door, maintaining proper distance and hygiene standards, wearing masks and hand sanitizer prior and after every transaction.  Every Bottle of Chocolate in a Bottle has been previously sanitized.  

 

We deliver our sparkling white wine in the Brussels 1000 area.  For other provinces or areas, fees may apply.

REFUND POLICY

Orders placed online or purchased from a store may be returned to the headquarter's location within 30 days from purchase. All refunds require a valid, government issued photo ID.  Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and or packaging, fully sealed and undamaged.

No returns after 60 days from purchase.

Original purchase by cash/debit: If the return is less than 100 EUR, we will refund the purchase price in the form of cash. If the return is more than 100.00 EUR, the refund will be made by direct deposit or wire transfer.
